Mr. Eahann Taljaardt represents the Roadside Trust, which owns the farm Roadside: Ms. Francesca Fondse and Mr. Taljaardt jointly represent the Article 21 Company, “Roadside Village Development” and Tambura Property Investments (Pty) Ltd, which are to develop the farm, as well as manage the development.
The farm is located in the Free State Province of South Africa, more or less in the middle of the towns of Frankfort, Vrede, Warden and Reitz. Roadside is approximately 180 km’s from the metropolitan municipalities of Thswane, Johannesburg and Ekurhuleni, in the Gauteng Province.
